8 Week Small Group Leaders
Our next round of 8 week small groups will be starting in September and we are currently looking for leaders. If you’re ever thought about small group leadership, or if you’re looking for a place to serve, this could be a great opportunity for you. You can stop by the welcome booth after this Monday’s service and talk to Michelle or you can email her at michelle.buckner@mcleanbible.org for more information. You’ll hear more about how you can get connected to those groups in the next couple of weeks.
DC Schools Project
Many of Washington, DC’s public schools are in a sad state of disrepair. But we can make a difference! With the school year fast approaching, Frontline is partnering with the DC community to clean up these schools before students arrive for their first day of class. “Own The Mission” and share the love of Christ in a practical way. We would love for you, your small group, your co-workers, your family, and your friends to join us on August 21st from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. to serve our city in Christ’s name. Prayer and Worship Service
Frontline Arlington is hosting another prayer and worship service on Thursday evening, August 19th, at the First Baptist Church of Ballston from 7:00 – 8:30pm. This night will be a powerful night of worshipping our Savior through song and prayer. The church is located at 1031 N. Vermont St. Arlington, VA, just a few blocks west of the Ballston Commons Mall. The church is metro accessible (Ballston-MU stop) and there is free parking across the street from the church. Please contact Edward at edward.hunt@mcleanbible.org with any questions.
