Frontline Arlington Winter Retreat
Friday, February 17th – Sunday, February 19th, 2012
Join us for the first Frontline Arlington Winter Retreat! We will be heading to Massanutten Resort the weekend of February 17-19th, 2012 for a weekend of winter fun and community building for the Frontline Arlington family! There is something for everyone, and we even have separate pricing options depending on your interests.
If you’re new to Frontline, Winter Retreat is a great opportunity to meet new friends and get better connected to the Frontline Arlington community. For those who have been around for awhile, it’s a chance to catch up with old friends and meet new people!

Registration fee includes the following ($175/skiers, $90/non-skiers):
- 2 nights lodging in cabin-style rooms
- 4 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, February 18th and breakfast on Sunday, February 19th)
- 1 – 8 hr ski/snowboarding lift tickets for the day of Saturday, February 18
- Ski rentals (includes boots and skis). Ski rentals are fully included in the ski cost and no discount will be provided if you bring your own equipment.
- Any and all materials needed for sessions
- Parking
Optional Add-Ons Include:
· 90 minute ice skating session ($15)
· All-day pass to indoor water park ($40)
REFUND POLICY: Full refunds (minus $25 processing fee) will be granted until Wednesday, February 1, 2012. Fifty percent refunds will be granted until Wednesday, February 8, 2012. There will be no refunds issued after Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Transfers of registrations will be allowed.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Full refunds will only be issued after the above mentioned dates if roads are closed by the state of Virginia on February 17, 2012.

- Registration closes Wednesday, February 8th, 2012. Hurry and register because there is a limited number of spots available.
Frequently Asked Questions:
- Will there be sermons, devotionals and worship during the weekend? Yes, however, it will be very low-key, our goal is more community building but there will be sessions in the evenings.
- Is the lift ticket good all day Saturday? It is good for 8 hrs on Saturday.
-How early can we plan to be on the slopes? We are planning to head to the lodge at 9am, when it opens, giving you a full day of skiing.
- How is the lodging set up? The rooms are cabin style with 2 full beds and a pull out couch. There will be 6 to a cabin, you have the option to share beds or bring air mattresses/cots. There is plenty of room.
- If I don’t plan to ski, what other activities are offered? For an additional cost, there is ice skating ($15/90 minutes) and an indoor water park ($40/day) which you can build into your package when you register. There is also a spa, which you can book on your own.
- What time can I arrive? Registration will open at 7pm, details will be emailed to those participating at a later date.
